You agree not to use SinhalaCaption.lk to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hate speech, or promotes violence under the laws of Sri Lanka and international standards.
Payments for Pro and Agency tiers are processed securely via Authorized Payment Gateways (e.g., PayHere). All transactions are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of digital goods and AI API costs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
You retain full ownership rights over the captions generated through your input prompts. The SinhalaCaption.lk platform, brand, algorithms, and design remain the exclusive property of Seekmetrix.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or attempt to exploit system endpoints.
